It could be three, five, seven or whatever is offered. You really better be confident in your bets to ask them to all cover the original spread by four points, but the payout on a $10 wager would be $184.69. For example, the reverse 4-point teaser would look like this: Portland -9.5, Milwaukee -13.5 and Boston -15. It’s possible to get a better payout but tougher lines. Teasers are on a sliding scale with different numbers being offered. That’s less than half the payout of the regular parlay. Easier numbers to work with for the favorites, but the payout on that $10 teaser would change to $32.20. How would that same parlay look like a 4-point teaser? That would mean Portland would be -1.5, Milwaukee would be -5.5 and Boston would be -7. What if you didn’t feel comfortable with some of those lines and wanted some extra breathing room? That’s what a teaser can do.Ī teaser version of that parlay would change the spreads. So a $10 wager on that parlay would give a $68.69 payout, including the original $10. Portland and Milwaukee are both getting -110 odds and Boston is -113. It’s an NBA parlay taking Portland -5.5 at Indiana, Milwaukee -9.5 at Charlotte and Boston -11 against Oklahoma City. Let’s use a regular parlay as a starting point.
